- Review of EEO Policy:
- Review EEO policy and affirmative action obligations with management and supervisors upon hire and at least annually. - External Dissemination of EEO Policy:
- Provide written notice of EEO and AA obligations and direct efforts to minority and female subcontractors, recruiting sources, community organizations, training programs and labor organizations that you have a collective bargaining agreement with. - At least annually, evaluate employees for promotional opportunities.

- Periodically conduct internal audits to measure effectiveness of your AA and EEO efforts. We recommend semi-annual reviews of all personnel activity.
- Annually conduct a review of all supervisors’ adherence to and performance under its EEO policies and affirmative action obligations.
