  • External Dissemination of EEO Policy:
    • Provide written notice of EEO and AA obligations and direct efforts to minority and female subcontractors, recruiting sources, community organizations, training programs and labor organizations that you have a collective bargaining agreement with.     • Maintain copies of recruitment advertising containing the EEO Statement – “We are an Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran” (41 CFR 60-4.3(a)7.h.)

    • At least annually, evaluate employees for promotional opportunities.

  • Supervisory Performance: (41 CFR 60-4.3(a)7.p.)
    • Periodically conduct internal audits to measure effectiveness of your AA and EEO efforts. We recommend semi-annual reviews of all personnel activity.
    • Annually conduct a review of all supervisors’ adherence to and performance under its EEO policies and affirmative action obligations.
